Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your Lockin account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
